Every W2C order follows a predictable path from discovery to delivery. Understanding this timeline helps you set realistic expectations, plan around important dates, and recognize when something is taking longer than it should. This guide walks through a real order from Day 0 to delivery, showing exactly what happens at each checkpoint.
The Complete Timeline (EMS, 2.3kg haul)
Discovery & Research
You find the item on the USFans Spreadsheet, check reviews, verify sizing, and add it to your wishlist. No money spent yet.
Order Submission
You copy the W2C link into your agent order form, select size and color, and submit. The agent confirms receipt within 12 hours.
Agent Purchases
Your agent buys the item from the seller. Status updates to "Purchased." You can no longer cancel without a fee.
Arrives at Warehouse
Seller ships domestically. The item arrives at the agent warehouse. Status becomes "In Warehouse" and QC photos are taken.
QC Review
You review the QC photos, compare with retail references, and approve the item. If exchanging, this adds 4-7 days to the timeline.
All Items Approved
Your final item gets approved. You select EMS shipping, pay the postage fee ($38 for 2.3kg), and the package is prepared.
Shipped & Tracking Active
The package leaves the warehouse. You receive a tracking number. Initial scan shows in the carrier system within 24 hours.
Departed Origin Country
Package clears export customs and boards the international flight. Tracking shows "Departed Facility" or similar.
Arrived Destination Country
Landed in your country. Enters import customs for inspection. This is where most delays happen if they occur.
Customs Cleared
Package passes customs without issue. Passed to domestic postal network or final-mile courier.
Out for Delivery
Local courier has the package. You receive notification of today's delivery window.
Delivered & Unboxed
Package arrives. You inspect contents, try on for fit, and take photos for your own records or community review.
